RFMD Extends Support of 3G Wireless Devices in High-Growth U.S. and Japanese Markets; RFMD's Portfolio Of Next-Generation Power Amplifier Modules Provide High-Efficiency Support Across All Major WCDMA Markets

According to Gartner research, the WCDMA market is expected to double to over 100 million handsets in 2006.
