RF Micro Devices to Webcast Fiscal 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on August 2, 2005

(Nasdaq: RFMD), a leading provider of proprietary radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) for wireless communications applications, today announced that it intends to provide a live audio webcast of its fiscal 2005 annual meeting of shareholders. The annual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 2, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, at the Greensboro-High Point Airport Marriott, One Marriott Drive, Greensboro, North Carolina. Investors may access the audio webcast of the annual meeting over the Internet at www.rfmd.com (under Investor Info).
Interested individuals are encouraged to access the link to the webcast prior to its commencement to ensure the availability of the necessary audio software.
