(NASDAQ: RFMD), a leading provider of proprietary radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) for wireless communications applications, today announced it has commenced production shipments of CDMA power amplifier (PA) modules to Samsung Electronics, the world's third largest handset manufacturer and a global leader in consumer electronics. These CDMA production shipments occur as RFMD® marks the delivery of its 100 millionth RF component to Samsung. Both milestones highlight the strength of the relationship between RFMD and Samsung and underscore the success of RFMD's PA product portfolio.
