RFMD's POLARIS(TM) 2 TOTAL RADIO(TM) Solutions Win Major Awards from Leading Electronics Industry Publications

RFMD's solution was picked by EDN China editors from a field of 119 eligible products from 43 countries.
Finally, the POLARIS 2 TOTAL RADIO Module, the industry's most highly-integrated, two module transceiver solution for GPRS and EDGE handsets, will be featured in Wireless Design & Development magazine as the winner of the April 2006 Technology Award.
RFMD will be showcasing its POLARIS 2 TOTAL RADIO Module and other industry-leading wireless solutions at CTIA Wireless in Las Vegas, Nevada, April 5-7, 2006, in Booth 1036.
